Can you provide an example of a time when your feedback led to product improvement?
In my opinion, feedbacks are essential both to the business owners and the consumers: the one time my feedback led to product improvement was when, on an online course, when pausing the lesson, it wasn't possible to restart where i left off. I left a review about this topic and a "Resume watching" button was added with a bookmark on each course.

How do you approach testing and reviewing products for effectiveness?
when reviewing a product the most important thing is transparence: to try the effectiveness of a product, the first thing to do is using it for a period of time to fully observe its effects. Only after trying it multiple times you can actually see the results and then review it.
