To me, authenticity is being happy with yourself, what you do, and how you do it! Authenticity embraces and expresses one's own unique identity, and requires honesty with oneself and others. When authenticity exists, motivation and creativity thrive, which is what I know I can bring to this team!

I have numerous ideas for how to create FOMO and social proof, especially for these products! Firstly, showcasing exclusive offers and limited-time promotions for our social media followers will attract new customers. Collaborations with other influencers and brands is also efficient. As someone who is very familiar with social media and loves skincare, I would be happy to see personal routines featuring the products, as well as behind the scenes content of sourcing the ingredients/production!

If a customer left a negative review on one of our products, I would reach out to the customer, first introducing myself and what I do with the team. I would then apologize for any dissatisfaction with the product, and offer to help them with that, either with a refund or product replacement. The customer's happiness is a priority!
