I work in a primary school where I am responsible for creating and developing the class art projects. When the project idea is ready, I help the children in my class (about 20) to build the project. This forces me to be organised and pay attention to all the details, because there are many children and they demand time, dedication and attention. These projects are extremely important for their emotional development, both at school and at home, when they take the project home. So I always do my best to make the projects creative, interesting and full of details.
