UGC CONTENT – Summer of Love Perfume Mists

How would you capture the essence of a fragrance in a short video?
I would capture the essence of a fragrance through visuals, mood, and storytelling rather than just focusing on the bottle itself. I’d use lifestyle moments, lighting, music, outfits, and close-up details to create a feeling that matches the scent’s vibe. For a summer fragrance, I’d lean into warm lighting, soft and dreamy visuals, outdoor moments, beauty routines, and natural movement to make the video feel immersive and emotionally connected to the fragrance experience.

What inspires your creative process when making content?
My creative process is inspired by creating authentic lifestyle and beauty content that feels both relatable and visually elevated. I love incorporating everyday moments, routines, and storytelling into my videos so the content feels genuine rather than overly staged. I’m also inspired by opportunities to creatively showcase products in a way that naturally fits into beauty, wellness, and lifestyle-focused content while still capturing a specific mood or aesthetic.
ColourPop
Brand Ambassador for ColourPop

what's a creative way you would lead sampling efforts both on and off campus?
A creative way I would lead sampling efforts for ColourPop would be by turning them into fun, interactive beauty moments instead of just handing out products. On campus, I’d organize things like “GRWM pop-up tables,” finals week beauty pick-me-ups, or gameday glam stations where students could try products, take photos, and create TikTok or Instagram content. Off campus, I’d incorporate sampling into lifestyle events like coffee runs, workout classes, girls’ nights, or local influencer-style meetups while encouraging people to share their looks and experiences online. I think making the experience social, aesthetic, and content-friendly would help create excitement around the brand and encourage authentic word-of-mouth promotion.
