NBCU's streaming platform Peacock can show up in many ways relevant to campus. Most, if not all students at my college do not have cable-- peacock will be extremely critical for the success of our campus's World Cup watch parties (which we have a lot of), and bringing together students, including the international student community on campus. Additionally, it contains so many student comfort shows (the Office, Modern Family, Parks and Rec, Saturday Night Live, etc) to help relieve the stress of midterms and finals. Peacock is an all in one streaming platform for students and will do a great job at bringing students together this fall!

I try my best to thrift and shop locally when it comes to buying clothes and items for myself. However, sometimes my love for online shopping takes over in which case I will utilize poshmark and thred up and ensure that I do not purchase items from Fast Fashion brands.

My favorite brand right now is June Shine. They are absolutely killing it right now, and have quickly become the industry leader in hard kombucha due to their innovative and original customer-first strategy. With this, they have released limited edition collaborations with affluent figures (Hard Kombucha flavor by famous DJ Diplo and comedian Cody Ko) catered to the likes of June Shine's customer profile. Moreover, they keep their products as sustainable and clean as possible, and follow Patagonia's "Let my people go surfing" policy. June Shine's deep understanding of their consumer base is evident with their loyal customers and consistent success.
