How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?
In my opinion, Gen Z individuals want flexibility with the stability of a 9-5 job. They want their work to be something they are passionate about, and their workplace somewhere where they can be silly and have fun and they aren't constricted by dress code, or other typical work codes. A Gen Z worker wants to surround themself with people that push them, and a job that will support them even if it isn't one of the most prestige.

You try to address the reasons for why their review was negative as effectively as possible, and if it was a negative review with no obvious reasons, it would be better to not respond to that kind of review.
