I first try to look at and review a product from a very objective standpoint. I will take perspectives other than my own into account. Then, I would start to think about how a product fits into my lifestyle and if it suits me.

You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
Depending on the circumstances, I would most likely choose not to write a review. However, if it was overall a great product, but it didn't fit me specifically, I would write just that. I would reach out to Aura's management team prior to this though and see what steps you would prefer me take.
