Please share how you would successfully manage all responsibilities and clear communication with the influencers and pager team.
First and foremost: I would become an expert on the Pager platform, understand how everything works and understand all of it's best features as well as why it stands out as a platform. This would allow me to effectively communicate Pager's goals and how the platform can benefit influencers better than any of our competitors.
When working with the Marketing and Operations teams, I would be sure to establish clear objectives and goals for creator acquisition and community management and develop a timeline that works for me and my team and that we can keep up with to reach our end goals.
I would create a comprehensive outreach strategy to identify and engage with relevant TikTok and Instagram creators. This outreach strategy would be composed of a defined criteria for the types of creators we want to be using the platform, crafting unique and effective messages to be sent to creators, and ensuring we are using the best channels and means of communication to reach the creators we want to. After initial contact, I would prioritize developing good relationships with creators so that they trust Pager and feel comfortable recommending the platform. Throughout all of my work I would be sure to analyze and report all of my efforts and communicate these findings to the Marketing and Operations teams. This would ensure we continue to do what works, and reconsider what does not.

Please share any relevant social media management experience and how you defined success in the role.
My first two part-time jobs were for women's clothing boutiques where I created content for their social media pages. I would grab a bunch of clothes and accessories, a tripod, and an IPhone and I would create a months worth of social media content.
I then decided to improve my social media skills and knowledge by doing a Social Media Internship at the Brandman Agency in New York City. Through this internship I was able to manage the Instagram and Facebook accounts of several luxury hotels and restaurants. I gained experience on all things digital marketing and social media including but not limited to strategic planning, organizing and creating content calendars, understanding the account's insights and performance, and creating content using and reusing brand assets and user-generated content. At the end of this internship I presented an extensive strategic social media plan for one of accounts.
