I would start by writing a full-on review of what made me not like the product, as a means to provide feedback and help with future changes. It's important to be specific about the issues, whether it's related to the product's effectiveness, quality, taste, or any other concern. I would also provide details about the product, such as the batch or lot number, date, and any relevant information that could help identify my product. The disappointment and concerns about the product not meeting my expectations should always be respectful. With this in mind, I would have notified the company through Aura's customer support.
