What do you consider when purchasing from a new brand?
Usually when purchasing from a brand, specifically clothing or accessories, I consider quality and customer reviews and advice. I look to influencers to inspire me. If an influencer I enjoy is suggesting a new brand, I will usually run to their website to further discover the brand. After discovering a new brand, I usually like to know that the brand is unique and is made with high quality in mind.

I do not eat plant-based every day, but I do enjoy vegan cheese and will occasionally make cauliflower pizza with Violife vegan mozzarella cheese. Sometimes I eat tofu from an outside restaurant, since I do not know how to prepare it.

What App do you think has great UX and why?
I think that Instagram has great mobile UX. Everything is very clear and easy to use. In the settings section, it makes it very clear the types of things you can change and check on. There are also so many features including photo editing, story filters, shopping and much more.
