H\FC Internal Testing

What steps do you take to ensure thorough testing of new features?
To ensure thorough testing, I review requirements, create test cases covering edge and common scenarios, document outcomes, and track any issues. I then collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to verify fixes and confirm the feature meets both technical and user expectations.

How do you approach identifying and reporting bugs during testing?
I approach bugs in a structured way: first, I reproduce the issue to understand its scope, then document steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, and any relevant logs or screenshots. I prioritize based on severity and user impact, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. In my four years as an ML engineer and product owner, finding and fixing bugs was a core part of my role, so I’m comfortable troubleshooting complex issues and communicating them clearly.

Retail Outreach & Sales Operations Intern

What interests you most about retail sales and operations in a consumer brand?
What excites me most about retail sales and operations in a consumer brand is getting to connect product, process, and customer experience in a way that actually drives growth. I have four years of experience in thecorporate world, so I understand how important working with an established retailer can be for a small business, and I’ve seen firsthand how operations and partnerships impact success. I also have an undergraduate degree in data analytics, so I bring a strong eye for detail and love finding opportunities to optimize processes. Lastly, I founded and built a small business, Low Ultraviolet, for three years, where I managed retail and boutique partnerships, gaining hands-on experience in sales and operations from the ground up.
