What aspects of matcha are you most interested in exploring during this tasting experience?
I'm super interested in exploring how different matcha origins affect flavor and texture to strike the balance between grassy and earthy notes. I also love paying attention to the mouth feel and finish of the matcha to see how it holds in a latte or in traditional ceremonial style. Also love to experiment with different sweeteners and homemade syrups!
