As a female, I feel like I have a decent knowledge of menstrual health however not enough. Since it’s such a taboo topic that is spoken about, I feel like only a little information is really told about it and proactive and preventative health measures. I feel that in order to be informed, we have to breakdown the societal silence when it comes to menstrual health.
