What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness to me is the ability to have a sound mind, body, and soul. Being able to have a clear space of mind and to be physically in the best shape. I try to work out, eat well, and try to medidate as much as I can to balance my life.

What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?
I think most brands dont tend to cater or target the youth in terms of interaction. This generation is a generation of stimulation and you have to stimulate our minds to even get 2 minutes of our time.
