I rely heavily on time blocking in my personal calendar. I'll map my priorities directly onto my calendar, dedicating specific, uninterrupted time slots to focused work. This ensures I’m allocating my bandwidth realistically. I also look for ways to optimize my tasks, however and wherever possible.

What interests you about real estate development?
My family has a background in the industry, so I've always been around real estate development my whole life. I'm also majoring in real estate, with my focus being on development. I think development is the ultimate test of business administration. It requires you to zoom out and orchestrate everything so that you can bring lasting economic value. I love the challenge of balancing financial strategy with the on-the-ground reality of development
