H/FC is a short form for Hashtag to Follower Ratio it is used for social media engagement measures which compares number of hashtags to number of followers

One of my relevant social media experiences was when I became VP B2C for a global organization by the name of AIESEC. The primary role of this organization is to promote youth leadership, my responsibility was to execute different strategies across various social media platforms. My definition of success in this role was when I made goals and concise performance indicators such as KPIs and made sure they aligned with initial team roles. Some of the goals were to increase AIESEC awareness in the community among students and get more interactions to boost activity. I would monitor and analyze data for example from Instagram. This helped me identify trends and gain insight into what our audience preferred. According to that, I would try different strategies based on the data. For example if posts were doing better than stories then I would provide more resources into boosting posts.
