Describe your approach to managing multiple creator relationships and communications.

I'm pretty organized by nature so I like having a clear system, whether that's a shared doc, a simple tracker, or even just a well maintained notes app. The goal is making sure nothing falls through the cracks and that every creator feels like they're being communicated with and not just managed.I think the biggest thing with creator relationships is being a real person in the communication. Creators can tell when they're getting copy paste energy and it immediately changes the dynamic. So even when I'm juggling multiple people I try to make sure each interaction feels specific to them.I'm also pretty upfront about timelines and expectations from the start because most issues in creator relationships come from miscommunication, not bad intentions. If something changes I'd rather over communicate than go quiet and hope it works out.

How do you stay up to date with TikTok trends and online creator communities?

Honestly I just spend a lot of time on the app. I think the best way to understand what's working is to actually be a user and pay attention, not just consume but notice why certain videos stop your scroll and others don't. I follow a mix of creators, not just in one niche, because trends usually bleed across communities before they hit mainstream. I also pay attention to the comment sections a lot because that's where you actually see how people are responding and what they're connecting with. Honestly, nothing replaces just being on the app and staying curious about it.

Pick any Swishvo provider type (doula, midwife, chaplain, herbalist, grief counselor, etc.) and pitch one short-form video concept you’d make for them. Include the hook, the visual, and the caption.

Hook: She was in that room for 14 hours. Insurance doesn't know she existed.

Visual: Opens on a doula getting ready in the early morning, like 4am, phone going off, grabbing her bag. No words yet, just the visual. Then it cuts to her in the hospital room, hand on her client's back, completely present. Then it cuts to her back home, exhausted on her couch, opening her laptop to do paperwork that nobody taught her how to file. Text overlay appears: "14 hours of care. $0 reimbursed." Then her face to camera, not angry, just tired and honest. She says something like "I didn't get into this for the money. But I should at least be able to sustain doing it." Slow cut to the Swishvo logo. No hard sell, just: "We're building the infrastructure doulas deserve."

Caption: Doulas change outcomes. They reduce c-section rates, lower maternal mortality, and show up when the system doesn't. But most of them are still doing this work without documentation tools, without insurance recognition, and without support. That's the problem we exist to solve. If you're a doula who's tired of falling through the cracks, come find us. 🔗 swishvo.com

Sound: Something quiet and grounding underneath. No trending audio. This one earns its own silence.
