A customer left a negative review on a social media site. How do you respond to their review?
I would be sure to respond to this comment in a timely manner to convey to the customer that I take the matter seriously. I would be sure to thank them for leaving a comment and meaningfully apologize while affirming that this experience wasn't indicative of the company's customer service. Lastly I would provide a way for them to contact a representative directly to further address the matter privately.
