How do you create FOMO and social proof?
To create FOMO and Social Proof I would actively promote positive customer reviews and testimonials as well as highlighting any major news outlets or magazines that write about the brand. With a skincare brand I've found that companies that do clinical trials on their products and display the positive results on their website and social media in detail helps to show love for the brand.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
If a customer left a negative review I would respond in a sympathetic way telling them I'm sorry they feel that way. I would also help to solve the problem they were having with the product or offer a potential solution to make up for the negative experience.
