A few times I have tested mobile apps before release, sometimes the user index can be a bit clunky and harder to read. I sent this as feedback and it was later changed

What motivates you to participate in user interviews?
I like to give clear and honest feedback and advice, I feel that user interviews are a good way to improve products and services whilst also learning something new in the process. It's also nice to have my opinions valued and taken into consideration, along with them being able to help others.
