I don’t have direct UGC experience with a beauty or retail brand yet, but I post a lot of lifestyle content on my TikTok, including day-in-the-life videos, which I think would translate really naturally to this type of campaign.

For a quick-turnaround project like this, I would make the two videos feel connected through the same summer “down the shore” lifestyle, but give each one its own purpose and setting. Since I’m down the shore all summer, Lanolips would fit really naturally into my everyday routine — especially after being at the beach all day, in the sun, and needing to moisturize before going out or heading to work. For the “Retail Come With Me” video, I’d make it feel casual and vlog-style, like I’m stopping into a store to grab a product I actually need for dry lips/skin after the beach. Then for the “Get Ready With Me,” I’d show how I use it while getting ready for a night out or a shift at work, focusing on how it keeps my lips and skin hydrated without making the video feel overly staged. I’d keep both videos bright, natural, beachy, and easygoing so they match Lanolips’ clean, everyday-use brand while still feeling like content I would normally post.

I have not created formal branded pet content before, but I am very comfortable creating lifestyle content and filming natural, engaging moments. Since my dog is a small Morkie with a really cute personality, I think I could create content that feels personal and easy for other pet owners to connect with. I would focus on capturing his real reactions and everyday routine instead of making the content feel overly staged. For this project, I would create bright, playful, and clean visuals that show the Pants and Wags product being used naturally, while keeping my dog’s personality at the center of the content.
