How do you approach creating content that resonates with an audience focused on health and wellness?
I don’t overthink it, there are 8 billion people in this world and people like authenticity. Someone is bound to relate to something you have done or experienced. The best TikToks I’ve ever posted were ones I didn’t think to hard on and was just true to myself and others about reality. No one wants to watch another picture perfect person say it’s easy when they inherited their skinny from genetics. People want real people showing real progress and determination to motivate themselves as well.
