When there is a bug in an app you use a lot what do you do. Please explain in one to three sentences.
I troubleshoot by first assuming the issue is user error. If I've detected that it is bug, I immediately go to Twitter to see if others are experiencing the issue. If the bug is serious enough, I would either give it a couple days or reach out to the company directly.
