Students on campus are always ready on game days. No matter what time of day it is, students and alumni are lined up ready to get into Gamble Pavilion to watch a game. The energy they exude is amazing and gets everyone hyped for the game. Another tradition is our chant called the "Husky Chant" which is loudly and proudly yelled at all games.

I am the current secretary and co-programs chair for the Upsilon Mu Chapter Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. I am also the social media chair for UConn's Joint Statistical Club. In both of these roles, I am constantly planning for events and promoting planned events through social media platforms such as Instagram.

My best idea to engage students is to host a pop-up basketball challenge where students can win discounted rides, gift cards, and merch. Each participant can get a unique coupon code which can unlock special ride discounts which I feel might engage students more because there's also a reward for participating.
