How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
1. Set clear goals. Explain what kind of result we expect from completing tasks.
2. Always open to explain/help with the issue that may arise during performing a task.
3. Give a feedback to a task at every stage of completion. So we will know that we're going on track and task will be finished just on time.
4. Motivate them. I will try to cheer up them and notify what they will achieve and get after compilation.
