"How do you stay organized and prioritize when juggling multiple projects at once? Can you share an example of a time you managed multiple responsibilities or projects simultaneously?
When juggling multiple projects, I stay organized by using a combination of time-blocking, digital task management tools like Trello or Google Calendar, and prioritization frameworks such as the Eisenhower Matrix. I start each week by identifying deadlines and breaking larger tasks into smaller, manageable steps, assigning them to specific days or time slots. This helps me visualize my workload and adjust proactively when priorities shift. For example, during my first quarter in college, I was taking five classes, involved in a student business club, and working a part-time job. I had to manage assignments, prepare for exams, attend weekly club meetings, and work 12 hours a week. I created a color-coded calendar to allocate time for study sessions, work shifts, and club responsibilities. When two midterms and a club event fell in the same week, I planned ahead by completing assignments early and delegating parts of the event logistics to other team members. Everything got done on time, and the event was a success. That experience helped me build confidence in managing competing priorities effectively.
