In high school, I was my dance team's captain for three years in a row. This means that for three years I was in charge of managing, choreographing, teaching, and coordinating a team of over 20 dancers. It was a role that required creativity and a great attention to detail. From creating song mixes to costume design, I learned to make sure every piece of our act was perfect.
