are you able to research unhinged, gen-z humour content and execute?

Absolutely. As a Gen Z creator, I have a natural sense of the humor, trends, and irreverent energy that resonate with my generation basically, I know when a TikTok is serving “mood” or just chaos for chaos’s sake. I stay up-to-date on viral TikTok and Instagram content, and I can translate that unhinged style into brand-friendly videos that feel authentic and relatable. Coupled with my experience creating YouTube and professional content for EcoCollab and Astrome, I can execute content that’s both entertaining and aligned with Blume’s mission, while experimenting with new formats to keep things fresh

what are some skincare brands you think are killing it on tiktok that we can take notes from?

Some skincare brands that are really killing it on TikTok include Glossier, The Ordinary, CeraVe, and Drunk Elephant. They excel at creating authentic, shareable content by combining product demos with lifestyle storytelling, relatable humor, and quick, visually engaging educational clips. For example, Glossier and CeraVe often feature real people or microinfluencers, which makes the content feel approachable, while Drunk Elephant cleverly ties in popculture trends to make skincare feel fun and playful. I also pay attention to the instore experience at places like Sephora, where content can capture the excitement of exploring products firsthand the colors, packaging, and energy of the store can all make videos feel dynamic and immersive.
