Describe your approach to managing multiple creator relationships and communications.
My approach to managing multiple creator relationships, would be prioritizing organization and productivity. For example , for communication having a platform/specific account to handle comms with creators/other so everything is in one place. Also using spreadsheets to track data like gifting details, posting dates. etc. I would also make sure to respond quickly and proffesionally, while still being friendly and personal so the relationship feels genuine.
