I don’t have much experience with CRM platforms or property management software but I am technologically savvy and a fast learner.

I typically prioritize and manage multiple tasks remotely through the use of online calendars and planners. I am Google calendar and notions biggest fan, using them to organize my days and my tasks making sure I clearly see what needs to be done and how to get it done. This then applies into collaboration and supporting a team effort as well, communicating to make sure everyone is on the same page.

As someone who stays active on social media and in the realm of pop culture, I am very confident in my ability to keep up with trending creators, beauty conversations, and social awareness. This helps me quickly identify voices that genuinely align with a brand's tone, audience, and personality. I also have prior experience with research and social media marketing, allowing me to really digest what a brand desires to do and support them properly. I also have experience with data analysis regarding influencer performance using metrics like engagement rate, follower growth, etc. As a girl who has not necessarily seen herself represented in these beauty and lifestyle conversations, I am really drawn to Pound Cake's efforts to tailor to every skin and lip tone and I would really love to contribute to that!
