What creative twist would you add to your stories?
I’d add a creative twist by blending aesthetic visuals with interactive elements that feel personal and playful. For example, I love using storytelling through quick “mini series” — like a 3-part “day in the life” using W, or a “did-you-know?” ingredient moment with pop-up text and soft animations. I’d also mix in little surprises — maybe a behind-the-scenes voiceover, fun transitions. The goal is to make stories feel like more than just ads — they should feel like something a friend shared that you want to tap through.

What would you two IG story Ideas be showcasing W?
To illustrate W’s presence in a fresh light, I’d consider content that feels real and is easily digestible. One of the ideas is the “morning glow up” story - depicting W in a soothing morning ritual. I’d incorporate a sun-drenched product vignette, a snippet of the product in action, and an engaging poll sticker like “Would you add this to your AM ritual” for interactivity. Another idea is a simple ingredient spotlight -- a few slides illustrating what goes into W and why it’s beneficial for your skin, wrapped together with strong visual identity and a gentle tone. This type of content develops trust about the brand and allows people to interact with the product in a meaningful way, while remaining firmly on-brand.

How do you ensure that your IG story posts resonate with the target audience?
To make sure IG Story posts connect with the target group, I always begin by digging into the vibe, voice, and demographic of the brand — knowing whom we're speaking to is pivotal. I closely observe what types of content the audience is already interacting with (polls, tutorials, before/afters, etc.), and then adapt the stories to reflect that energy but remain on-brand.I also like to use interactive elements (like polls, sliders, and questions) to make Stories feel personal and engaging, not just promotional. A/B testing different styles or messaging helps me see what sticks, and I’m always open to refining based on insights and feedback.
