Share an experience that highlights your ability to build strong relationships.
During our mentorship program, a mentor reached out to me concerned that their assigned mentee wasn’t responding to any emails. I quickly got in touch with the mentee and discovered that all the mentor’s emails had ended up in his spam folder without him realizing it. I kept the mentor updated throughout, resolved the miscommunication, and ensured that the relationship was restored—ultimately preventing the mentor from leaving the program. The mentor has now been part of our program for 2 consecutive years now.

I follow a wide range of creators, from personal growth coaches and career advisors to those that align with my personal interests like dancers and easy recipe cooks—because I’m a college student always trying to take the easy way out in the kitchen!
