Tell us about a meal from the past year that you absolutely loved.
I am obsessed with thai food right now, specifically massaman curry. I love how the flavors of the spices come through in the curry, as well as the crunchy roasted peanuts and potatoes. All of this on top of a bed of fragrant jasmine rice is an amazing meal.
