How would you approach a customer who is hesitant to try a new product?
I'd first listen to the customer's concerns to understand what's holding them back. Then l'd build trust by sharing honest information, including how the product could specifically meet their needs. If possible, l'd offer a small sample to lower their risk. I'd follow up later to see how they feel it's about making them feel seen, not sold to.
