Describe your approach to managing multiple creator relationships and communications.
My approach to managing multiple creator relationships and communications is staying highly organized while making each interaction feel personal and authentic. Through my leadership and outreach experiences, I’ve learned how to balance communication with multiple people at once while maintaining strong relationships.
For example, as VP of Corporate Sponsorship for Hoosier Consulting Network, I managed relationships and communications with our 4 sponsors including KPMG, Kauffman Hall, Crowe, and Accenture. This involved professional outreach, follow-ups, coordinating sponsorship discussions, planning events for our club members, and making sure each organization felt valued and connected to our club’s goals by making end of the year reviews, banquet invitations, merchandise, newsletters (utilized Mailchimp), etc.
I’ve also had experience communicating with very different audiences through roles like working at Dick’s Sporting Goods, writing newsletters as a PTO communications board member, and leadership positions in organizations like DECA (VP of Hospitality) and Alpha Kappa Psi (A.D. of Finance Audit). Those experiences taught me how to adapt communication styles depending on the audience while staying professional, organized, and approachable.
Because I actively follow creator communities and social media trends, I understand that creators value genuine relationships and brands that feel supportive rather than transactional. I’d bring that same mindset into creator partnerships by maintaining clear communication, staying responsive, tracking logistics carefully, and building long-term relationships that feel authentic.

How do you stay up to date with TikTok trends and online creator communities?
I stay up to date with TikTok trends and online creator communities by following founder-led brands, smaller creators, and niche communities since trends usually start there before larger brands catch on. I also like seeing what popular creators, my friends, and online communities are interacting with through comments and reposts because it gives a better sense of what content actually feels relatable and engaging.
I especially enjoy following local college creators who post more day-to-day content about campus life, trends, events, and deals because it feels more authentic and relevant to my age group. I also use Pinterest a lot for creative inspiration, see what trends are popular currently and what's growing too, and content ideas since it’s a great platform for finding aesthetics, branding styles, and emerging trends early.

What strategies have you used to improve Meta ad ROI?
Through my leadership, research, and internship experiences, I’ve developed a strong ability to analyze engagement patterns, identify inefficiencies, and refine strategies based on performance data.
For example, my experience with Robotic Process Automation and data automation through Virginia Tech’s Pamplin School of Business research internship improved my ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify inefficiencies, and optimize systems for better performance. I developed a strong attention to detail and learned how small adjustments in processes or workflows can significantly improve overall outcomes, which is a mindset that directly applies to improving Meta ad ROI.
I approach marketing performance similarly by analyzing engagement trends, testing different creative approaches, and refining strategies based on measurable results. Rather than relying on a single campaign style, I believe in continuously optimizing elements such as audience targeting, ad creatives, captions, timing, and calls-to-action to understand what drives the strongest engagement and conversions.
I also believe continuous testing is important. Using data-driven insights, I would refine targeting, adjust creatives, experiment with different hooks or visuals, and optimize posting times to improve engagement while reducing wasted ad spend. Combining automation with creative experimentation helps make campaigns both efficient and adaptable.
Additionally, my leadership and recruitment experience managing events for hundreds of prospective members in my business fraternity, taught me how important messaging and audience psychology are when trying to capture attention and encourage participation. I enjoy creating content that feels authentic and visually engaging while still being strategic and data-driven.
