What experience do you have with Content creation and editing?
I gained hands-on experience during my internship with WhatsThePlantToronto, where I helped manage and create content for Instagram and TikTok. I was responsible for developing visually engaging posts, selecting trending audios, editing videos, and crafting captions designed to boost interaction. One of my Instagram posts reached over 200,000+ views, proving my ability to connect content with audience interests. I’m also skilled in Canva, CapCut, and basic Adobe tools, and I specialize in creating cohesive, faceless aesthetic visuals that align with a brand’s identity.

"How do you stay organized and prioritize when juggling multiple projects at once? Can you share an example of a time you managed multiple responsibilities or projects simultaneously?
I stay organized by using a mix of digital tools (like Notion, and Google Calendar) to break big projects into actionable tasks with clear deadlines. I also set daily and weekly priorities to ensure I’m moving the most urgent and high-impact tasks forward. For example, while managing social media content for multiple Instagram and TikTok accounts, I balanced content planning, caption writing, and community engagement by batching similar tasks, setting realistic timelines, and tracking progress daily — this let me meet tight posting schedules while still having time for creative ideation.

Can you provide an example of a successful social media campaign you worked on?
One of my personal TikTok posts (TT @shaicamera), where I rated different matcha cafés, reached over 11,500 views, 700+ likes, and 286 saves — well above my usual engagement. I combined aesthetic, faceless visuals with an engaging caption (“What other spots do you recommend?”) and paired it with trending soft audio. This mix of niche targeting (matcha/café culture) and community-driven engagement sparked organic growth without paid ads.
