I keep up with trends by actively monitoring TikTok’s For You page, Instagram Reels, and trending audio charts daily, as well as following niche-specific creators to spot emerging formats early. I also save and categorize trending sounds, hooks, and visual styles so I can quickly adapt them into content that aligns with my brand or campaign goals.
