What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?
I think most brands fail when they try to market too heavily to Gen Z by using pop culture and 'memes' to influence them. A lot of us recognize it as a marketing tactic and tend to think it's 'cringe.' There is a fine line brands can tow, but the major issue is that not many brands use actual Gen Z'ers, who understand the demographic they're marketing towards.
