Authenticity is being real. No beating around the bush, just being straight up. Not pretending to be something else it's not.

How do you create FOMO and social proof?
Personally I would show that people know about the product. I would probably do those interviews where you would walk up to strangers and ask them some questions then incorporate the product and then show them the product. Something engaging and funny.

I would respond first as we are sorry that our products did not satisfy them then ask how we can improve or why they are discontent with the product.
