In regards to their content strategy, most companies don’t keep up to date with the real world tendencies such as being constantly aligning the content for the customers interest and overall how to know which content is more suitable.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness is something everyone seeks nowadays, for me is to feel great doing things you like and at your own peace for our bodies and our minds. I integrate it in my life exercising, meditating and even doing skin care routines at morning and noon.
