How do you adapt your social media strategy to target different demographics or international audiences?
Research the demographic's content that they would usually consume, look into the reactions of the demographic's towards certain content and advertisement, figure out what the competitors are doing and how they're connecting with their consumers, and use the elements identified to penetrate the new pool of potential consumers.

Can you describe your process for developing a social media content calendar?
First, I'd create a draft of what the ideal timeline looks like. Then, I'd readjust the schedule to allocate the amount of time needed to create the content to be posted. I would make sure that the content are posted at the peak hours of when consumers would usually look at their social media platforms to make sure that the posts are up to date and not shadowed by other posts.
