Not only do I feel comfortable talking about women's health, but I actively encourage my peers to do the same. As a woman who feels like central aspects of my health are ignored or neglected, women's health and activism is part of my daily dialogue. Continuing to integrate women's health products and content into lifestyle content will be a powerful way to remove the stigma that many people feel on this topic.

If you had full creative freedom, what kind of recurring series or concept would you start for CRANEL TikTok?
If I had full creative freedom, I’d start a recurring TikTok series called “Cranel Confessions”, a playful, relatable wellness series where I share relatable moments about gut health, hydration, and womanhood. Health and wellness is already a central part of my life, so adding Cranel to my content would be seamless. An important aspect is highlighting Cranel as my go to daily ritual. Each episode could mix humor and education, like “Things My Gut Tried to Tell Me (But I Ignored)” or “Hot Girl Wellness Habits That Actually Work.” It would normalize conversations about women’s health in a fun, upbeat way.
As someone who personally relates to the importance of cranberry supplements and maintaining balance, I’d bring authenticity to every video, showing that wellness doesn’t have to be perfect, just consistent. The goal would be to make Cranel feel like the cool, confident essential of every woman’s self care routine.
