In less than two sentences, How do you handle a difficult customer interaction?
In my experience, the majority of difficult customer interactions stem from the customer’s frustration from not being heard, understood, or provided with an acceptable solution. Beginning with making sure the customer feels heard and understood in an empathetic manner goes a long way towards improving the interaction, whether a solution is present or not.
