What strategies would you use to grow Extra's social media presence on TikTok? How would you measure success?
I’d grow Extra’s TikTok by treating it like a fast, ongoing experiment: ship a lot of smart, on‑brand content, double down on what works, and tie everything back to app signups. How I’d measure successGrowth and reach: follower growth rate, average views per post, view‑through and completion rate by series, and percent of views coming from non‑followers. Engagement and insight: saves, shares, comments per view, participation in challenges, and qualitative feedback about which features or pain points resonate most. Business impact: click‑throughs to the App Store/website from TikTok and Instagram, conversion to sign‑ups using trackable links, and results of simple experiments (for example, A/B testing different feature stories) reported back in weekly strategy meetings so the content roadmap is always data‑driven.
