How would you incorporate Painterland Sisters yogurt into a mindful morning routine?
I already make a yogurt bowl every single morning in college, so incorporating Painterland Sisters will be easy! I would start with my college wake up and make a healthy, balanced yogurt bowl to start off my day. I would focus on eating it without my phone and eating it while getting sunlight as well. Then I would show how the energy it gives me takes me through my day!
