Do you feel confident in your content creation skills in capturing the event?
As a Gen-Z, I've consumed media and content creation since I was 7 years old. I've understood trends and analyzed what people like currently as I'm always on top of the media being produced. I always know what's in. Additionally, I've integrated my own knowledge of what is cool currently and my own personal style to create an aesthetic feed on my own Instagram and Tiktok.

Please share an experience where you lead point on a big event or activation.
I was a shift lead at Mod Pizza and there were many promotional events that had occurred during my time there. I would motivate and debrief my fellow coworkers on our plan to ensure that this busier day will flow as smoothly as our usual shifts. Specifically on National Pineapple Day, I ensured that we had ordered enough ingredients days prior, folded enough boxes, prepped enough food the day of, and kept my team knowledgeable about situations arising.
