What role does journaling play in your life?
I think that journaling is something that is difficult to start. I have found myself starting a new journal and struggling to stay motivated with it. I want to learn more about smaller ways that people can incorporate journaling into their busy lives. I am very interested in getting involved with journaling because I think it is a healthy outlet for emotions and stress. Being a college student can often make me feel overwhelmed and I would love to learn about new ways to help conquer these feelings.
