This could involve responding promptly to comments and messages, conducting polls and surveys to involve our audience in product decisions, and creating engaging content that sparks conversations.
2. **User-Generated Content:** Encouraging customers to share their experiences with Candier products through reviews, photos, and videos on social media. We could even feature their content on our official channels, showcasing the authentic love our customers have for our products.
