You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
I'm a big believer in transparency and would absolutely have a constructive feedback provided to my gig-provider, as we would have likely covered when starting off this opportunity, to get better insights on what works/doesn't work about the product for further development.
While I might not be crazy for a product, it does not mean I can't see why it would be excellent for another user!
