I have PCOS which is also known as polycystic ovary syndrome. Health is my number one priority and I’m finding g ways to help not only myself but many others with this condition. I believe adding this into my awareness lifestyle I plan to bring to tik tok will not only help bring more insight to this condition but help others learn different ways to help their body .
