what's a brand you admire for their social presence?

One brand I really admire for their social presence is Glossier. They’ve built a community that feels authentic, approachable, and aspirational all at the same time. What stands out is how they engage directly with their audience, resharing user-generated content, responding in a personable way, and making their followers feel like part of the brand. I also admire how their content is aesthetically consistent yet still fun and trend-aware—they balance polished visuals with relatable, casual posts. It shows they understand their audience’s lifestyle, not just their shopping habits. From them, I’ve learned that a strong social presence isn’t only about selling a product, but about creating a community and voice people want to be part of.

Do you have motivation to just "go get the shot" when you think of ideas?

Yes, I definitely do. When I think of an idea for content, I usually feel really motivated to just go get the shot right away. I’ve found that if I wait too long, I lose the excitement and the authenticity that comes with acting on inspiration in the moment. Capturing it right then keeps the content fresh, genuine, and creative. That motivation also comes from knowing that sometimes the simplest shots—taken when the idea first sparks—end up being the most engaging. For me, it’s about staying proactive and trusting my instincts, because the best content often happens when you don’t overthink it.
